On the morning of April 21, 2016, a delegation led by Professor Peter Mathieson, President and Vice-Chancellor of Hong Kong University (HKU) visited Peking University Health Science Center (PUHSC). They were welcomed by Professor KE Yang, Executive Vice President of PKU and PUHSC, Professor DUAN Liping, Vice President of PUHSC, Professor SUN Qiudan, Director of Office of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs, Professor JIANG Hui, Director of Office of Continued Medical Education, and Professor ZHOU Yongshen, Vice President of School of Stomatology.

Professor KE warmly welcomed Professor Peter Mathieson and the whole delegation from HKU. She noted that HKU is one of the strategic partners of PUSHC and affirmed the great accomplishments achieved via collaboration in student and faculty exchange. Professor Mathieson thanked PUHSC for the arrangements and hoped to strengthen mutual understanding and explore the collaboration possibility in new areas. Then Professor SUN gave an overview of PUHSC.

After the meeting, a Letter of Intent on Resident Training was signed by Professor DUAN Liping and Professor Grace Tang respectively on behalf of PUHSC and Hong Kong University-Shenzhen Hospital.
