Dr. Lincoln Chen, President of the China Medical Board (CMB) and Dr. Wenkai Li, Director of CMB Beijing Office visited Peking University Health Science Center (PUHSC) to meet with its new President Prof. Qimin Zhan and new Party Secretary Prof. Yucun Liu respectively on June 28, 2016. Prof. Qiudan Su, Director of Office of International Cooperation of PUHSC, and its Associate Director Dr. Lei Zhang joined the meeting.

Lincoln Chen congratulated Qimin Zhan and Yucun Liu on assuming their new posts and showed his will to continue the collaboration between PUHSC and CMB. Qimin Zhan expressed his gratitude to Lincoln Chen and CMB for CMB’s great support to PUHSC and other Chinese medical universities. The attendees exchanged their opinions on public health reform, medical education reform and residency training. PUHSC and CMB would like to strengthen their substantial collaboration in health policy and medical education in the near future.   

During this visit, Lincoln Chen also met with Prof. Yang Ke, Executive Vice President of Peking University.
