has established two new research fellowship programs for international researchers called “COFUND” and “POINT”. The purpose of both programs is to reinforce the international dimension of junior researchers by supporting highly-qualified postdocs from abroad.
COFUND
? Land Berlin/Thi The program COFUND is co-funded by the Marie Curie CoFund program of the European Commission. Fellowship holders will be enabled to carry out their own research project in one of Freie Universitaet’s Excellence Programs.
For this purpose,

offers a number of Postdoctoral Research Fellowships. Starting in January 2012, each research fellowship is awarded for fifteen months.
The Participating Excellence Programs include:
